Royalti untuk penulisnya berkisar 10% atau setara dengan Rp8,2 triliun (belum dipotong pajak). Banyak pihak yang mendapatkan keuntungan dari penjualan buku ini, mulai dari penulis, penerbit, sampai toko buku dan distributor. Tapi mesti dicatat bahwa novel ini sudah terbit sejak tahun 1605. Lebih dari 400 tahun lalu.
